A fun, resourceful, somatic exploration.
With: Mark Kelly
Date: Sunday 21 March 2021
Time: 11am to 1pm
Venue: Online, using Zoom video conferencing
About the event
What opens for us when we explore our environment with curious eyes? How do our bodies want to move when we leave our chair aside? What treasures will we find in play and groove?
We will take time as a community to slow down and connect to a sense of curiosity and play. My hope is that our time together will foster self-care, nourishment for the soul and body and possibly spark inspiration for your work with clients.
I will invite us into a quality of listening to the body through somatic practices, improvisation and connecting to flow and ease. I am looking forward to being with you all in a shared space of exploration and research.
“I am passionate about offering a space for the unfolding of innate creativity and play.”
Mark

About the Pluralogue
For those new to this event, the Pluralogue is a space where we get together to both learn and socialise, meet some new colleagues and find out what others are up to.
We came up with the term ‘Pluralogue’ many years ago to depict moving beyond monologue to dialogue: to ‘pluralogue’ (the conversation of many). We hope to learn together and from each other in the form of a learning community in a friendly atmosphere.
The added bonus is that we structure it as a CPD event so you will be able to count it as CPD hours (a CPD certificate will be provided as well).
