Mindfulness at home
New winter dates added! Relational Spaces is pleased to invite you to these online sessions on mindfulness.
As well as the obvious benefits of mindfulness during these uncertain times, there is considerable evidence that suggests engaging in mindfulness meditation may influence physical health and may also favourably influence the immune system. And, of course, this is also a chance to be in quiet connection with other members of the RS Community.
