Accessibility statement
Our commitment
Relational Spaces Ltd is committed to making our websites, services and communications as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.
We want people to be able to use our websites in a way that works for them, including people who use assistive technologies or navigate websites using a keyboard.
We aim to work towards recognised accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
What we have done
We have taken steps to improve the accessibility of our websites, including:
- reviewing colour contrast and making changes to support WCAG AA contrast requirements
- adding a ‘Skip to content’ link to help keyboard users move past repeated navigation
- adding visible focus styles so that keyboard users can see which link or control is selected
- using semantic page structure and properly nested headings
- adding alt text to non-decorative images
- providing text-based address and travel information on our location page, alongside the Google map
- using clear and readable language where possible
- considering accessibility when adding or updating website content
Known limitations
We know that accessibility is an ongoing process, and some parts of our websites may not yet be fully accessible.
We are continuing to review and improve accessibility over time. This includes checking whether our websites meet relevant accessibility standards, identifying issues and prioritising reasonable improvements.
Some third-party content or services, such as embedded maps or booking-related tools, may not be fully within our control. Where possible, we aim to provide accessible alternatives or supporting information.
Alternative formats
If you need information in another format, such as large print, plain text or a verbal explanation, please contact us.
We will do our best to provide the information in a format that works for you.
Feedback and contact
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our websites, services or communications, please contact us as therapyroomsuk@gmail.com.
It would be helpful if you can tell us:
- the page or service you were trying to use
- what went wrong
- what device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant
- what would help you access the information or service
We take accessibility feedback seriously and will aim to respond promptly.
Review and improvement
We review accessibility as our websites and services develop, and we aim to make reasonable improvements over time.
